How do I place an order?Simply visit the product pages and select the items that you wish to hire by adding them to your 'cart'. Once your selections have been made you can pay securely online by the method most convenient for you. Finally, you will be directed to a simple form on which you can tell us any specific requirements. Alternatively, contact us to discuss your exact requirements & details in person. What about delivery and collection charges?We have found other equipment providers to be quite vague about this. Our research indicates that delivery & collection can add up to 100.00€ to your rental cost - not with us! The delivery and collection within our coverage area (see below) is FREE (a nominal out of hours surcharge may be applied for early morning/late night flights). Although, if more convenient, you are very welcome to collect your items from us. Please call or E-mail for more details. What areas do you cover?If you are travelling to the servicing airports of south-east Spain , or are residing in any location between them, we will be delighted to assist you. Our free delivery coverage area extends as far south as Almeria airport, and as far north as Murcia airport and everywhere in between of course. For a modest delivery charge, we also provide a service to visitors arriving via Alicante airport. Some popular client destinations include Mojacar, Vera, San Juan, Garrucha, Carboneras, Retamar, San Jose, Villaricos, Aguilas, Mazarron, Cartagena, La Manga, Los Alcazares, Roquetas De Mar, Almerimar to name but a few... Is there a minimum order value?This is constantly under review, is dependant on the time of year, the movements of our representatives & their stock levels. But don't forget, ordering just 4 or more items will entitle you to our exclusive discounts! Remember also that we deliver and collect FREE of charge within our service area, saving you up to 100.00€ in 'hidden' charges, and provide FREE bedding for all our cots and travel cots. How can I pay for my rental?You can secure advanced availability of your items by paying securely online through PayPal, the trusted leader in online payments. PayPal has over 100 million member accounts in 190 countries and regions. Simply use the shopping cart facility on the product pages. Is it safe to use? PayPal helps protect your credit card information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems. Your financial information is never shared, not even with us, and no membership is required either. What About Cash? You can pay by cash to our representative upon delivery or by direct bank transfer by arrangement in order to secure your requirements in advance. Will I get exactly what is pictured on this website?Unfortunately not. We source a wide range of stock from many reputable suppliers & manufacturers, the availability of which alters almost daily. It would be quite impossible to display all of our available items at any one time. Therefore any images used on the website pages will be representative of the item type and purpose only. Do you offer long term rental discounts?Yes, indeed. Please contact us to discuss your specific requirements. Depending on individual circumstances, we will apply an appropriate level of discount for you. Do you store or use my personal information?Yes, but solely for reasons of customer service. We NEVER sell on personal details. Also, like nearly all websites, we use 'cookies'. These help us to identify you when you visit. We never store any personal information in your cookie. Normally I leave a deposit. Is this also the case with You?Yes. We ask for a small security deposit of €50.00. This will be refunded to you at the end of your hire period in accordance with our Terms and Conditions. N.B. When paying online be sure to add 1 x 'Security Deposit' ONCE ONLY to your 'cart'. What if I want to cancel my order?A significant amount of time is invested when processing orders. Through stock control, accounting and invoicing, to the organisation and booking of delivery representative movements. Cancelled orders mean considerable disruption to our stock control and increased workloads. With this in mind we charge an administration fee of 20% of the total initial order value in this circumstance to cover our costs. If you re-book with us in the same season however, your order will be reinstated with an automatic 20% discount. What is the weather like there at the moment?
